On May 28, 2022, CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 15th Anniversary Celebration and 2022 Customer Conference at Da Lat Palace Heritage Hotel, Da Lat City. After 15 years of efforts, CNG Vietnam has gradually affirmed its leading position in the country’s gas market.
Attending the ceremony, on the side of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation – JSC, there were the presence of:
1. Mr. Duong Manh Son – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam); Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation.
2. Mr. Hoang Van Quang – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation.
And distinguished guests representing the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of Management, leaders of departments, affiliates, subsidiaries of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation

CNG Vietnam is a subsidiary of PV GAS specializing in supplying gas products to customers with production facilities locating far from pipelines. During 15 years of establishment and development, CNG Vietnam has achieved many encouraging outcomes such as having a team of staff, employees who are united and enthusiastic at work; distribution infrastructure system throughout the North and South with a capacity that can supply 350 million m3/year to the market; number of customers, market coverage have continuously grown and expanded and occupied 72% of the national market share.
The 15-year milestone marks the result of a process of cultivation and development by the enthusiasm, wisdom and dedication of generations of leaders, collective staffs of CNG Vietnam and the trust, cooperation, support and companion of customers, partners, shareholders, agencies at all levels.
Opening performance “CNG Vietnam’s Energy and People”
Opening the ceremony was the performance “CNG Vietnam’s Energy and People” performed by CNG Vietnam employees themselves as an introduction to the “Green warriors” with the mission of “Delivering clean energy to your doorstep”.
Followed by a video celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Company’s establishment, that CNG Vietnam wishes to express its deep gratitude to customers and partners who have accompanied us for the past 15 years. At the same time, it is a message of action to protect the environment, towards the goal of sustainable development.
After the 15th anniversary video, there was an interactive dance to introduce the new product of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – an energy source that is currently being prioritized by the Government in the process of energy transition, towards a low carbon economy. With the brand positioning “CNG = Clean Natural Gas”, CNG Vietnam pioneered in the mission of providing a complete package of clean energy solutions for the past 15 years.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong Manh Son – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation affirmed that as the parent company, PV GAS is committed to always accompanying and creating the best possible conditions for CNG Vietnam to maintain the sustainable development, successful implementation of the Company’s development strategy to 2025, orientation to 2035; as Vietnam’s No. 01 market share holder on non-pipeline natural gas distribution, building CNG Vietnam to become the brand name of a clean, reputable, quality and popular gas fuel supplier; is the top-of-mind brand in the non-pipeline clean natural gas market.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hai – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of CNG Vietnam emphasized that in order to achieve the successes like today, it must be mentioned the attention and support of the guidelines, policies and orientations from PV GAS as a major shareholder accounting for 56% of charter capital and an input gas supplier for CNG Vietnam. CNG Vietnam is very proud to be a member unit that is attached to the value chain of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation, and receives the trust from customers and partners who have accompanied CNG Vietnam for the past 15 years.

On behalf of customers and partners, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ton Dong A Joint Stock Company congratulated the Management and all employees of CNG Vietnam on outstanding achievements during the past 15 years.
